ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS HAVE A $10 HOLD THAT WILL EVENTUALLY TURN INTO AN ACTUAL CHARGE.
HOW DO I USE MY CREDIT CARD ON THE SELF-SERVE CAR WASH?
SWIPE OR TAP YOUR CREDIT CARD ON THE READER. THE TIMER WILL BEGIN TO COUNT UP. YOU WILL NEED TO PRESS THE STOP BUTTON ON THE CREDIT CARD READER IN ORDER TO STOP ACCUMULATING CHARGES.
HOW DO I USE MY CREDIT CARD ON VACUUMS?
SWIPE OR TAP YOUR CREDIT CARD TO BEGIN THE VACUUM. PRESS THE STOP BUTTON IN ORDER FOR CHARGES TO STOP ACCUMULATING.
DO I NEED TO FOLD MY MIRRORS IN FOR THE AUTOMATIC CAR WASH?
- IT IS RECOMMENDED TO PUSH IN MIRRORS IF YOUR VEHICLE IS WIDER THAN A TYPICAL SEDAN OR SUV
HOW DO I.USE THE AUTOMATIC CAR WASH?
MAKE YOUR SELECTION AND PAYMENT AT OUR PAY STATION. THE ENTER SIGN WILL LIGHT GREEN WHEN IT IS READY TO ENTER THE BAY. BE SURE TO REMAIN CENTERED WHEN ENTERING. THE SIGN ON THE DRIVER SIDE WALL WILL INSTRUCT YOU TO STOP. BE SURE TO PLACE IN PARK ONCE YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO STOP. DO NOT MOVE DURING THE WASH.
HOW DOES THE LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK?
OUR VEHICLES ARE AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED IN LOYALTY AFTER THEIR FIRST VISIT. THIS IS DONE WITH LICENSE PLATE READER TECHNOLOGY. YOU WILL SEE YOUR SAVINGS ON OUR AUTOMATIC PAY STATION SELECTION SCREEN.
